All you do is complete inane quests for him similar to the old quests you got from other countries and earn sludge fund money. how are they different than streets on a single island? They arent.BROKER - replaced the old way of earning sludge fund money. They are not a new mechanic unless you count adding a bridge and tunnel to the game as something incredible. Kind of takes away from building a "resort island" idea since there is little else to do with the islands. Here is a list of the supposed new "mechanics" as listed on their website:ISLANDS - are mundane and adds nothing to the game. Namely, despite having a population cap of 10,000, tourism has some sort of soft cap and will not rise above 300ish no matter what I do (same problem with old games). It ended when I realized that tourism is (still) broken. Its still a fun game and I suppose if the prices are the same you should get the newer game but if you already own 5 there is no reason to buy 6.I completed the first 6 scenarios before getting bored and trying a sandbox game. They are just the same old mechanics reshuffled and given a new skin and name while pretending that they are new. There are no new game play mechanics and anyone saying otherwise is lying out the wazoo. instead of changing it from the config file. in other words, itsIts Tropico 5 with bridges and a menu option to increase population caps. I've been playing games my whole life, and largely feel that graphics are overrated. I've been playing gamesI am giving this a 10 solely based on the amazing jump in the quality of the graphics between Tropico 5 and Tropico 6.
